Consumer Direct Care Network Texas works with the Texas Department of Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to provide services and supports to help you remain safe, healthy, and independent in your home and community.

You recruit, select and train your caregiver. We facilitate a background check on prospective caregivers and assist you in hiring that caregiver. You manage their daily work and sign-off on their timesheet. We process your caregiver’s paycheck, withhold appropriate state and federal taxes, and process workers’ compensation insurance claims for you. We take care of the technical aspects of being an employer, while empowering you to effectively manage your employees and maintain your independence.
