Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) is now Certified Employee Owned, with more than 30% of the company dedicated to employee ownership.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the EOT?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The EOT is a trust that operates for the benefit of direct care workers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is overseen by a board of trustees that understand and support CDCN\u2019s Mission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The trust currently owns roughly 30% of CDCN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The EOT does not mean individual employees own stock in the company.
